Our Students in the Department of Cooking Awarded the "Bronze" Medal in Antalya

Our students from the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services (Cooking Program) won the bronze medal in the cooking competition held in Antalya.

Within the scope of the 28th International Food and Beverage Specialization Fair held in Antalya, our students (Osman Tercan, Mertcan İkzek, İlayda Demirkıran, and Fatih Ayhan) attended in the “University Students Are Competing in the Cooking Contest” under the supervision of Lecturer Remzi Bilgili from the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services. 

Our students, who participated in the competition with ‘İncir Uyutması’ and ‘Harput Köftesi’, were awarded the "bronze" medal.

Expressing that our students have achieved a great many successes both with their projects and in the organizations they attend, our Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Öztürk said, “Our students continue to write new success stories in every field from technology to health, from sports to gastronomy. Congratulations to our students who returned from the competition with awards. I sincerely believe that this success they have achieved will continue to increase together with our other students”.
