CoHE also decided to send delegations which consist of rectors to international institutions that carry out educational-related activities in order to talk directly to all people, institutions and organizations related to the higher education abroad.

CoHE aims to prevent receiving unfair comments and statements by letting these delegations express CoHE's point of view about the occurrences that took place in the 15 July coup attempt and decisions made to purge the Turkish academic community from the FETÖ/PDY terrorist organization. Thus, a contact meeting about the 15 July coup attempt was held with the participation of around 100 foreign officials from 65 countries including 17 ambassadors at CoHE.
