“International Çorum at All Point Symposium” which was hosted by our university and organized within the collaboration of Çorum Municipality, MÜSİAD(Independent Industrialists and Businessmen's Association) and Çorum Human Value Platform ended.
Starting with standing in homage and reading the Turkish National Anthem and then opening speeches, the participation to the symposium was intense.
Opening sitting of the symposium was started after giving thank you plaque to Human Value Platform, Çorum Municipality and MÜSİAD(Independent Industrialists and Businessmen's Association) Çorum department.
Opening sitting of Çorum at All Point Symposium which Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan was the moderator of the session was completed with the presentations of Prof. Dr. Mehmet Evkuran whose topic was “How can we solve the problem of the city? A Study on City Identity and Culture in Çorum”, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eldina Solak whose topic was “Assistance by Çorum Deputy Hüseyin Ferit Törümküney’s Family on his Life and Death” and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dilorom Hamroeva whose topic was “Sun, sun-shaped Symbolic Meaning of Lion Head Double Lion and Figures”.
“International Çorum at All Point Symposium” which was organized to reveal the value of Çorum’s history, culture, art, architecture, economy and health ended with the closing sitting. After that, a trip intended for visiting religious, historical and cultural sites in İskilip was organized by Social Sciences Vocational School Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Zekeriya Işık and Human Value Platform Speaker Seyfettin Zengin, and Çorum Deputy and Grand National Assembly of Turkey Administrative Director Salim Uslu participated in the trip.
