Ethem Erkoç who is a well-known educator-author of our province visited our Rector Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan.
During the visit, stating his content about the studies done within our university Ethem Erkoç said Hitit University provided a great value to our province and gave his book titled “Çorum’da Sahabe ve Evliya Makamları” as a gift to our Rector Prof. Dr. Alkan.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Alkan said “Ethem Erkoç contributes greatly to our literature a lot with his works penned by him and his books are important in terms of both introducing our province and constituting an important resource for the researchers.” Our Rector thanked Ethem Erkoç who provides a collection which may be considered as the memory of our province and wished continued success to him.
