For 2016-2017 academic year fall term, the candidate students having the right for exact registration have been determined after interview exams and the deadline for registration at the institutes is Friday, 26 August 2016. The candidate students who do not register till deadline will lose their right for registration.
The registrations are supposed to be in person (or notary deputation). Substitute students will be registered in the place of students who do not register between the specified dates.

1-Registration form including the department (Institute will provide).
2-The original or certified copies of Bachelor Diploma or graduation certificate for Master Programs and original or certified copies of Master Diploma or graduation certificate for Doctorate Programs.
3- The original or certified copy of Transcript.
4-ALES Exam Score Sheet
5-YDS or an equivalent exam score sheet.
6-6 photos
7-The original and photocopy of National ID Card
8-Military service document
9-Residence document
Explanations
-The Council of Institute is authorized to solve any problems regarding application, exam, registration and affairs not existing in Regulations.
-The registrations of non-thesis evening education program students will be done after they sign the document provided by the Institute of Social Sciences and stating that they will pay the tuition following the approval of Higher Education Council
